How to Overcome Writer's Block
Theresa Miller, on the other hand, is causing me problems. I think I might have to change her first name what with all the Brexit stuff going on just now. I had a big birthday in January, one of those with a big, fat zero at the end. But my daughter found the ideal birthday presents for me. This St Francis is the patron saint of writers. Now I have him hanging over the screen on my iMac. There he will stay for the rest of my life. On good days I like to write as much as I can. Maybe writing this post is a good sign. But if these charms struggle to motivate me I have two secret weapons sitting on my desk.

Your ideas may need to stew a little longer before writing them down. Fear: Many writers struggle with being afraid, with putting their ideas and themselves out there for everyone to see and critique. Fear is a major reason some writers never become writers. Perfectionism: You want everything to be just right before you ever put pen to paper or touch a keyboard.
